About The Position

Flyer One Ventures is an early-stage VC-fund that invests in startups from Europe and North America. It has already invested $35M in over 60 startups and helps its companies with recruitment and connecting them to industry experts. Currently, they are looking for an Account Manager (Post-Sales) for their portfolio company, Awesomic. Awesomic is a web app that matches businesses from around the world with the best-fit talents using an AI-driven algorithm. Since its founding in 2020, Awesomic has completed 14,000+ tasks for 4,000+ clients, including Reface, Lift99, SilviaTerra, Y Combinator startups, and various VC funds.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an Account Manager, Customer Success, or Sales role—preferably in a startup, SaaS, or creative agency setting.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset—you love spotting opportunities and going after them.
  • Highly organized and independent: you thrive in fast-paced environments and take full ownership of client outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you build trust fast and tailor your style to diverse client types.
  • Familiar with tools like Hubspot.
  • Strong psychological maturity to handle challenging or high-pressure situations with resilience and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sales relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and growth with Awesomic.
  • Act as the strategic point of contact for clients after onboarding—guiding them, identifying opportunities, and building loyalty.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell), work closely with sales and product to drive value.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with clients to understand business goals and align service offerings.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track key metrics related to client growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers to become a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor client usage, identify friction points, and solve issues before they escalate.
  • Educate clients on features and new services that add value to their workflow.
