About The Position

As the Sales Account Manager, you will fulfill the needs of a fast-growing company by ensuring the retention of our valued Dealerships and Agents by providing exceptional service. We are looking for an experienced professional with the keen ability to engage our clients, respond to their varied inquiries regarding our products and services, as well as probe for additional sales opportunities. This position will support California and our Bilingual customers in Utah. A veteran owned business since 2002, Alpha Warranty Services is a multi-award-winning, nationally recognized Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) provider. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience required. (Call Center, Automotive, or Finance and Insurance).
  • Passion for sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven teamwork skills and dedication to getting the job done.
  • Driven personality and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle client escalations professionally and respectfully.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual Spanish / English is also preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing various marketing tools, company knowledge base, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support accounts and increase production.
  • Handling challenging situations related to dispute resolution.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our programs, policies, and services, and clearly communicating them to clients.
  • Navigating and effectively communicating claim details to our clients.
  • Supporting regional team members to ensure production goals and client needs are met.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office 365 software to field customer emails and working on tasks for your assigned agents, Regional Sales Manager, and Sales Manager.
  • Adhering to service level agreements for response and resolution rates.
