About The Position

The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, understanding, negotiating, and documenting business requirements with various groups. This role involves developing and managing direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure business solutions align with their goals and priorities, and how process automation can help them reach their goals. The Account Manager will exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and standards for obtaining solutions, and will create and maintain a cohesive, coordinated plan to deliver solutions that meet stakeholder priorities within budgetary and product requirements. This includes identifying and planning necessary change management activities for implementing new or alternative business processes, executing on project plans, and assisting others in executing project plans across various groups. The role ensures line of business priorities and resources are aligned, demonstrates a sound understanding of how the overall business solution is positioned, deployed, and supported, and reports project progress to senior management. Additionally, the Account Manager ensures client expectations are met and exceeded in terms of quality of service delivered and participates in resource capacity planning to ensure customer staffing requirements are met. The role also involves examining financial data/statements to improve profitability and performing other related duties as assigned by management. This position also includes responsibilities related to managing, coaching, and training security personnel, writing and submitting security reports, providing security, maintaining law and order, monitoring staff through patrols, assigning work areas for officers, protecting people and property, conducting routine patrols, looking out for suspicious persons, vandalism, or hazards, responding to alarms and distress calls, and ensuring all security systems are functioning properly.
