About The Position

At SimPL Freight Solutions, we simplify transportation for companies that move a lot of freight but don’t want the headache of managing it all themselves. We step in as their transportation team - coordinating shipments, managing carrier relationships, tracking performance, and improving how everything runs behind the scenes. Our customers range from large manufacturers to high-volume distributors across industries like automotive, building materials, food, and packaging. No matter the industry, the goal is the same: keep freight moving smoothly, efficiently, and without surprises. We pride ourselves on being proactive, responsive, and accountable - anticipating issues, communicating clearly, and continuously finding better ways to deliver results. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and is responsible for building strong relationships, overseeing day-to-day account execution, and ensuring service expectations are consistently met. This role requires someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with operations, technology, accounting, compliance, and leadership to resolve issues, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to strengthen each customer partnership.
