About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to own and grow relationships with high-value B2B SaaS clients, turning digital marketing and SEO strategies into measurable business outcomes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for executives and key stakeholders, translating delivery into tangible results while ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Success in this position requires balancing strategic insight with hands-on coordination, managing internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns. You will influence account growth, identify new opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to clients. Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, digital PR, CRO, or organic growth, with agency experience preferred.
  • Experience managing B2B SaaS client accounts and familiarity with the SaaS business model.
  • Proven ability to translate work into measurable business outcomes for executives (CEOs, CMOs, VPs).
  • Skilled in renewals, expansions, and navigating commercial conversations.
  • Strong communication skills, including deck creation, executive presentations, and live strategy discussions.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Collaborative, empathetic, and able to maintain strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships as the main point of contact, running meetings, setting agendas, sending timely recaps, and leading quarterly business reviews.
  • Communicate strategically with executives, presenting trade-offs, data-driven insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive retention and account expansion, managing renewals, upsells, scopes, budgets, and tracking expansion pipelines.
  • Oversee project delivery, coordinating internal SEO, content, and CRO teams, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Partner with internal strategists and leadership to identify growth opportunities, aligning SEO, content, and optimization initiatives with client goals.
  • Manage escalations by diagnosing issues, proposing solutions, and engaging executive sponsors when needed.
  • Document lessons, case studies, and playbooks to continuously improve client outcomes and processes.
