About The Position

This role sits at the intersection of account management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence, supporting producers throughout their full compliance lifecycle. You will act as a trusted point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate reporting, and ongoing adherence to Extended Producer Responsibility requirements. Working in a fully remote, collaborative environment, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and continuous process improvement. Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in account management, client services, regulatory compliance, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and familiarity with data and reporting workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Collaborative, adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consumer products, retail, regulated, mission-driven, or sustainability-focused sectors preferred.
  • Familiarity with EPR policy or compliance processes is a plus, as is experience in startup or newly established organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned producers, serving as the primary contact and ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and support across all interactions.
  • Support producers throughout the full compliance lifecycle, including onboarding, registration, data submission, invoicing, and payment for relevant programs.
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding non-registered producers, clearly communicating regulatory requirements and value propositions to enable smooth transitions into compliance.
  • Monitor account status, track deadlines, issue reminders, and proactively identify and escalate potential compliance risks.
  • Support reporting and data validation by reviewing submissions, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of account activity, compliance milestones, and producer communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as CRM, Data Governance, and Support Operations to ensure aligned service delivery and smooth handoffs.
  • Contribute to the improvement of tools, SOPs, workflows, and compliance checklists, acting as the voice of the account to inform system enhancements.
