Your role will be central in managing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they not only stick around but also find increasing value in our product.
Requirements
- Medior/Senior profile
- Experience with CRM, upselling strategies, client retention, and account growth
- Very tech-savvy
- Hungry and 'get stuff done' mentality
- Self-starter and independent
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Execute growth initiatives aimed at expanding customer usage and value realization.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional features and services to existing customers.
- Maintain and manage customer records in our CRM system.
- Work at the intersection of sales, customer success, and product to gather and relay customer feedback to optimize product.
