About The Position

Quality Moments Behavioral Health Services is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Account Manager to help support our continued growth across the state of Ohio. This position plays a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with our existing partners while developing new opportunities for expansion in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, healthcare organizations, and community partners. If you enjoy building relationships, traveling, solving problems, and helping organizations improve access to behavioral health services, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays as needed.
  • Sales, healthcare, long-term care, behavioral health, or business development experience preferred.
  • Experience working with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, hospitals, or healthcare providers is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Social Services, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of account management, healthcare sales, or business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing facility and community partners throughout Ohio.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to facilities and partners across the state.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within current accounts.
  • Develop and cultivate new business relationships to support organizational growth.
  • Present Quality Moments services and solutions to prospective partners and referral sources.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operations, and admissions teams to ensure successful implementation of services.
  • Monitor account performance and address concerns proactively.
  • Represent Quality Moments at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, opportunities, and follow-up actions.
