Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Insurance, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience with strong account management, relationship management and/or business development experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Insurance and/or Wealth Distribution market (advisors, brokers, general agents, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of Program and Project Management
  • Must have experience with proposal creation and contract management
  • Consulting experience in IT and/or in the insurance industry
  • Must be willing to travel 30-40% monthly
  • Excellent knowledge of English (Written and Oral)
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiating skills
  • Strong sense of organization and prioritizing
  • Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information
  • Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment
  • Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline
  • Public speaking and meeting facilitation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Must have experience interacting with and building executive level client relationships

Responsibilities

  • Manage all stakeholder relationships within client’s business, IT and operations units to ensure that expectations and priorities are clear and that all required support is in place to achieve the objectives of the engagement.
  • Responsible for the growth of the account by prospecting, evaluating and proposing additional Equisoft products and services in support of the client’s business and technology objectives.
  • Responsible for the P&L and meeting/exceeding the profitability goals set by Equisoft for each assigned account.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and assist in overseeing the planning, management and implementation of customer projects related to Equisoft's products and services to ensure all customer commitments are met.
  • In alignment with client’s and Equisoft’s objectives, create an annual account plan detailing opportunities to be pursued, relationships to be nurtured and account risks. The Account Manager will manage and report regularly against the account plan.
