At Broughton Partners, client relationships are a top priority. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with referral and litigating law firm partners while ensuring successful campaign execution and delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and works cross-functionally with sales, criteria, fulfillment, and claimant services teams to ensure campaigns are implemented efficiently and meet client expectations. The Account Manager supports client onboarding, coordinates campaign setup and fulfillment, analyzes campaign performance, and helps identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. This role also supports client reporting, including assisting with Premier Litigating Partner reporting and conducting quarterly business reviews with top-spending clients in partnership with the sales team.
