We are looking for a hungry, ambitious, and high-energy Account Manager to join Topsort’s growing U.S. team. You’ll work directly with some of the most innovative marketplaces, retailers, and commerce platforms using Topsort’s retail media infrastructure to scale and monetize their advertising business. This is not a traditional account management role — you’ll sit at the intersection of technology, strategy, product, and client growth, helping customers solve real business problems while growing alongside a fast-moving global startup. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, sales, operations, analytics, or other client-facing environments — but exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills — you can build trust, explain ideas clearly, and communicate confidently with clients and teammates
  • Highly curious and eager to learn complex products, business models, and technology quickly

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with strategic clients, supporting onboarding, growth, optimization, and long-term success on Topsort’s platform.
  • Learn how modern retail media and marketplace monetization works — including sponsored ads, auction systems, ad relevance, and performance strategy.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and help translate them into actionable platform strategies.
  • Analyze campaign and marketplace performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and growth recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and commercial teams to solve problems quickly and drive customer outcomes.
  • Lead client conversations, performance reviews, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity.
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients while helping shape the future of retail media infrastructure.
