Their global HQ is in London, UK, with additional premises in Dagenham, UK, and in the US, they have locations in Boston, MA, Denver, CO, and East Providence, RI. MOO's Business Services offers an online platform for businesses to create and scale print products, serving clients from large corporations seeking brand consistency to creative resellers. The company is seeking an exemplary B2B Account Manager in their East Providence location to onboard and inspire new business clients, contributing to the growth of their North American business services base. This role is part of a sales team of 6-7 reps, including Account Executives, Account Managers, and a Sales Manager, collectively responsible for onboarding and growing existing business services accounts and ensuring a seamless client experience. The Account Manager will be the primary contact for MOO for Business clients, understanding their needs, acting as an internal advocate, and delivering exceptional customer experience. The role involves proactively influencing activity and growth within their book of business and ensuring customer retention. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent service and demonstrating sales acumen to grow the account base through proactive outreach. They should be driven, a team player, energetic, and ready to make an impact. The successful candidate will report to a US-based Sales Manager and collaborate with Account Executives, Design Services, and Customer Success teams to support and grow relationships within MOO's existing Business Services accounts.
