About The Position

GroundTruth is an advertising platform that turns real-world behavior into marketing that drives in-store visits and other real business results. We use observed real-world consumer behavior, including location and purchase data, to create targeted advertising campaigns across all screens, measure how consumers respond, and uncover unique insights to help optimize ongoing and future marketing efforts. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of media experience in a client-facing or fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of experience in a related field (ad tech, customer success, project management)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work on time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to understand and articulate sales opportunities at a client level
  • Adaptability and flexibility to pivot quickly in response to evolving business needs
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, PowerPoint or Keynote, and Salesforce
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Own pre- and post-sale operational support for the direct sales organization in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing priorities and meeting deadlines effectively
  • Utilize campaign data, analytics, and insights (i.e. best practices, historical performance data, case studies, analytics tools, and campaign history) to inform strategy
  • Enhance account team and client knowledge by building strategic account plans and driving successful sales strategies
  • Translate data into compelling narratives through reportable insights, wrap-up reports, and quarterly business reviews
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a key point of contact for clients (both direct and via media agencies and trading desks)
  • Actively participate in client meetings, clearly articulating opportunities and aligning solutions to client objectives using GroundTruth’s product suite
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities by proactively recognizing client needs and influencing investment decisions
  • Support the Account Executive throughout the sales process while helping solve challenges, take ownership of outcomes, and navigate client stakeholders
