About The Position

As an Account Manager within Ziff Davis Shopping, you will support Sales Account Directors with data reporting & analysis, content management and more for our US and CA shopping brands: RetailMeNot, Offers.com, and Black Friday websites. You will interact with a volume of retail partners through calls and email in partnership with the Account Director in order to build client relationships & grow program success. You will retrieve data from internal and 3rd party systems to analyze program performance, and make strategic growth recommendations in the areas of media and rewards (e.g. cash back). You will also support your account team with various tasks including day-to-day management of accounts, working directly with retail partners, networks, and agencies to ensure overall success of client goals.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years experience in account management, customer/client success, marketing, or project management
  • Experienced in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint or Google App Equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with decision makers with various talk tracks depending on expertise level
  • Critical thinking skills including data analysis and ability to position findings with actionable steps
  • Advanced communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects in a changing, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your Account Team (Account Director, Media Planner, Merchandiser) to develop and implement strategic solutions that align with merchant partner’s key performance indicators and business goals.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of optimized campaigns
  • Develop and present strategic client-facing presentations and decks and assist in crafting compelling emails and preparing Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Make strategic recommendations and identify up-sell and incremental opportunities that align with campaign strategy
  • Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with merchants, affiliate networks, and agency collaborators to drive long-term success and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with business analytics, finance and account directors to ensure accurate revenue tracking
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with merchant goals.
