This is a pivotal new role for an experienced Account Manager in the PBSA/BTR sector, reporting to the Head of Client Acquisition (PBSA/BTR). The role is instrumental in establishing UniHomes' presence in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build-to-Rent (BTR) sectors by launching an innovative rental advertising product. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring partners' portfolios are accurately represented and thriving on the platform, acting as a trusted advisor to optimize listings, drive lead generation, and boost tenancy conversions. This B2B role requires exceptional relationship management, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the student accommodation market. The role offers flexibility with remote work for the first half of the year, transitioning to a field-based role with national travel up to three days a week, including overnight stays, in the latter half of the year. This travel allows for building in-person connections, attending industry events, and conducting impactful meetings to drive growth.
