About The Position

As an Account Manager at Briggs Industrial Solutions, you will be the face of the company in your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture strong relationships with customers, identify and solve their problems, and ensure they receive the right equipment and solutions at the right time. This role is crucial for driving company growth, strengthening its reputation, and fostering customer loyalty. Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or distribution
  • A customer-first mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to manage your time, territory, and priorities with confidence
  • Comfort using tools like Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience is a plus
