About The Position

As the Account Manager you will build and maintain exceptional client relationships to obtain new service agreements and pursue additional opportunities with existing customers.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, highly organized and driven with the ability to multi task and consistently drive efforts
  • Able to proactively communicate with Sales Manager and colleagues on account portfolio to forecast performance and exceed client expectations
  • Outstanding interpersonal & communications skills
  • Proven ability to work with a team and independently
  • 3-5 years successful track record in sales

Nice To Haves

  • Fire protection experience is strongly encouraged but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Individual sales planning and sales funnel management to accurately forecast sales to guarantee that you will achieve your monthly targets for New Accounts, Conversion Sales and Client Meetings
  • Proactive management of new and existing customers to meet sales goals and strengthen the Ryan Fireprotection brand
  • Input all sales activity into CRM tools (e.g. ZoHo) in consistent and timely manner
  • General understanding of contract terms and language
  • Industry organizational involvement (flexible schedule required): Mentoring new reps (experience pending), Trade shows, Networking events, Visiting customer sites, etc.
