About The Position

ElevenLabs is hiring an Account Manager to own the full commercial relationship and customer success for a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts at companies with up to 250 employees. The role focuses on helping customers realize value, expand into additional products, and renew. It requires building scalable systems, playbooks, and repeatable motions to deliver meaningful outcomes across a high-volume portfolio while maintaining strong customer relationships. The Account Manager works directly with customers in the product, advising on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, and integrations. They use product data and logs to identify friction, connect technical outcomes to commercial growth, and partner closely with high-growth accounts. The role owns net revenue retention (NRR) across the managed book, drives cross-sell across ElevenLabs’ product suite, and leads renewals end to end. Compensation is structured as on-target earnings with a 70% base and 30% variable split. Variable compensation is weighted entirely to NRR, with emphasis on product cross-sell; cross-sell contributes to NRR. Quota is based on managed ARR, with accelerators for above-target NRR performance, and variable compensation is paid quarterly. The position is remote-first and may be performed anywhere in the United States, provided the employee can operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones. Candidates based in New York City or San Francisco are preferred, with access to offices in those cities.

  • Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs, and ability to hold technical conversations with developers or engineering teams.
  • Experience using product usage data to monitor account health, identify expansion opportunities, and address risk before it becomes churn.
