Requirements

  • University Degree in business or marketing.
  • 5 years of stable and successful B2B Sales or Key Account Management experience.
  • Proven sales track record in meeting or exceeding organizational goals.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Superb and polished presentation skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations in person or virtually.
  • Capable of adapting sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands, and company goals.
  • Disciplined with a passion for building, expanding, and solidifying professional relationships with new and existing brokers, consultants, and partnerships.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with external customers.
  • Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of English is required for national scope interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Business Development Director to identify and develop client leads throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare service offers, RFPs, and documentation for new and potential clients.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop business relationships with brokers, consultants, and other channel partners to ensure client referral source satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Network in the community and attend events to increase market awareness for solutions.
  • Assist in developing promotional and marketing strategies by identifying client needs.
  • Identify and develop relationships with new and current partners to achieve sales market growth.
  • Respond effectively and promptly to the needs of clients, brokers, consultants, and partners.
