We’re expanding our financial systems modernization support portfolio and seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as Key Personnel. If you excel at leading complex modernization efforts, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering high‑impact results, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • MA/MS in Project Management, Management, Accounting, or related fields
  • PMP certification (required).
  • 10+ years of directly applicable project management experience in IT, financial systems, or modernization programs.
  • 10+ years of full lifecycle program experience, including data migration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑support skills.
  • Experience managing high‑visibility, mission‑critical programs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation or security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high‑visibility, mission‑critical program activities across planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Oversee and mentor junior and mid‑level staff, ensuring quality and consistency across all work products.
  • Complete required acquisition and program documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and lifecycle deliverables.
  • Manage Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, and Risk Management activities.
  • Direct and coordinate multiple functional groups to ensure timely, high‑quality results.
  • Support migration from legacy financial, procurement, and asset management systems to modernized solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership, SMEs, and integrated project teams.
