Requirements

  • Passion for understanding the needs of technical end users and providing recommendations for electronic solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous, commission-based sales role.
  • Initiate meetings and nurture valuable customer relationships.
  • Raise awareness about the full range of Keysight products.
  • Most travel will be local.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen residing in New Hampshire or Massachusetts.
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent expertise.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of customer-focused experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a strategic customer account, acting as the company's representative and the customer's internal advocate.
  • Lead collaborative efforts within a team to achieve account goals.
  • Identify and spark sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Identify strategic partners to promote and resell products.
  • Champion products and solutions, presenting them to existing and potential customers.
  • Keep customers informed about the latest offerings.
  • Craft and refine lead generation plans.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Anticipate customer needs and identify root causes to develop short-term fixes and long-term solutions.
  • Transform comprehensive sales strategies into actionable programs that drive performance.
  • Strategize and implement plans for complex accounts, contributing to technical aspects.
  • Tackle high-impact problems with innovative solutions.
