About The Position

We are an Account Manager at Texas Ecogrow is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the relationship between the company and its clients, ensuring that contracted services are performed correctly, clients are satisfied, and each account remains profitable.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center environments involving outbound calling and deal closing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
• Skilled in negotiation, customer service, and client communication to foster trust and long-term partnerships
• Experience with sales technology adoption, including CRM system proficiency and sales automation technologies
• Knowledge of telecommunication techniques like warm calling and outbound outreach strategies
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with Property Managers, HOA Managers, Boards of Directors, and property owners.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and service requests.
• Address complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Conduct property visits and client meetings.
• In Austin, the Account Manager should also understand the specific characteristics of the local market, including extreme heat, water restrictions, irrigation requirements, HOA requirements, and the specific needs of residential and commercial communities.
