About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience.
  • 1–3 years in sales, business, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with clients, customers, and partners to drive retention and growth.
  • Educate & Advocate: Promote TD SYNNEX’s core value services and educate stakeholders on solutions that meet their needs.
  • Identify Opportunities: Conduct research and outreach to find new prospects and expand your pipeline.
  • Drive Sales: Execute lead generation activities, make outbound calls, and participate in marketing initiatives to promote client products.
  • Manage Pipeline: Document quotes, track opportunities, and forecast accurately in our CRM system.
  • Ensure Success: Resolve client issues promptly and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate on Planning: Execute internal and joint business plans with clients and partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Achieve Results: Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to team success.
