About The Position

This is an inside sales role (90%) focused on growing revenue through existing client relationships by selling staffing and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) solutions. The role is consultative, requiring the ability to identify client needs, present solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to close, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. The Business Development Representative is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM (Salesforce), and deliver strong customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Inside sales experience (90% of role).
  • Experience selling staffing and BPO solutions.
  • Consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) for pipeline tracking.
