Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years related experience required.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between Sales and Customer Service regarding ship dates, inventory levels, placing orders and managing Bill of Ladings and pack slips.
Coordinate regularly with the supervisory staff of other departments to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all involved departments and to meet deadlines.
Fulfill New Store Orders, daily and rush orders.
Run weekly SQL reports to include low inventory levels, current inventory quantities, inventory usage, backorders, etc.
Supply tracking numbers to clients once orders have been picked/shipped from system.
Assist warehouse personnel with fulfillment work when need arises.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
