About The Position

The Account Manager will create value propositioning and drive solutions, acting as the main liaison between the client and the CWW network. This role involves conducting internal and external business reviews, building local-level relationships, and creating/deploying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Account Manager will also manage the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process, participate in quoting, engage with Implementation Managers, and handle anomaly and exception reports. Additionally, this position is responsible for driving cross-selling opportunities, defining Scope of Work (SOW), managing company-mandated ROTP, maintaining invoicing requirements, collaborating on collections, maintaining Accounts Receivable (AR) below a certain percentage, and driving Net Revenue growth.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED required.
  • Minimum five years related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage complex internal and external networks.
  • Ability to react quickly to changing needs/situations.
  • Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Excellent organization and problem solving skills.
  • Functions well both independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to travel both International and Domestic.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum four years industry experience preferred.
  • Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Creates Value Propositioning and drives solutions.
  • Provides, documents, and reviews one strategic solution per client managed in their book of business per quarter.
  • Acts as main liaison between client and CWW network.
  • Conducts internal and external business reviews on a monthly basis.
  • Builds and manages local level relationships and engagement both internally and externally.
  • Creates and deploys SOP to respective origin/destination points and obtains sign off both internally and externally.
  • Manages RCCA process and drives continuous improvement.
  • Participates in and manages quoting process.
  • Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business.
  • Manages anomaly and exception reports both financial and operational.
  • Drives cross selling opportunities.
  • Defines/documents and gains sign off on Scope of Work both internally and externally.
  • Manages and Drives Company mandated ROTP.
  • Maintains invoicing requirements contained within the SOP with DD and Regional Director Account Management signature.
  • Collaborates with stations and client to build a healthy and steady collections process.
  • Maintains AR below percentage in accordance with company goal.
  • Responsible for driving 10% Net Revenue growth YOY for respective book of business.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
