We are seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for developing business relationships that build customer loyalty, maintain the customer base, and drive market growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work independently and multi-task.
  • Desire to work for a fast growing company (with demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment).
  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
  • Honesty, integrity and exceptional communication skills are a must along with a sense of urgency, strength of conviction, and a desire to work closely as a partner with other members of the company’s management team.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • SFA – Sales Force Automation Software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies sales leads and qualifies prospects thru cold calling and other methods including driver leads, call ins, and customer referrals.
  • Builds and maintains pipeline of new prospects, closed business, and upcoming installations to meet company objectives.
  • Makes value based presentations to prospective customers with a high level of professionalism.
  • Is responsible for meeting a sales GMD goal and quarterly targets.
  • Work with the VP of Sales and Area Director to develop marketing plans and strategy for growth.
  • Maintains key customer relationships.
  • Monitors the new customer installation process to make sure expectations are being met.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Responds to Request for Proposals (RFPs) in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Builds and maintains customer files; power point presentations and follow up letters.
