About The Position

Freshmade is a boutique agency that modernizes food brands through natural brand intelligence, creative thinking, and smart design. Our expertise spans CPG brand strategy, brand design, brand narrative, and brand activation for both B2C and B2B platforms, from package design to digital content creation. We're laid-back about most things, but not the quality of our work. We do not settle. The Role We're looking for an account manager to join our account management team and help make sure every engagement runs smoothly. You'll organize briefs, build timelines, proof work, wrangle creatives, and do whatever else it takes to get the very best work out the door on time and in scope. Because we're a small team, no job is too big or too small, and the right person will love that about us.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in account management, with agency experience preferred.
A genuine love of human connection and a track record of thriving in client-facing roles.
Sharp skills in quality assurance, proofing, and reviewing work before it goes out.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail, the kind that catches the typo everyone else missed.
Real pleasure in multitasking and juggling a variety of responsibilities at once.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity and range. You're interested in a lot of things, and you're comfortable wearing many hats.
A reputation for being a genuinely pleasant person to work with.
