As a full-cycle Account Manager, you are the engine of Clutch's growth. This dynamic role gives you full ownership of the entire client journey, blending new business acquisition with strategic management of a dedicated client portfolio. You will drive this acquisition by managing a robust pipeline of inbound Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), guiding high-intent potential customers to a successful close while also strategically prospecting for new opportunities. Once clients are on board, you will act as their primary strategic consultant. Your core mission is to drive expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with their goals. Equally important, you will be on the front lines of retention, skillfully identifying at-risk accounts and executing effective "save" strategies to demonstrate value and solidify the partnership. By consistently demonstrating the value of our platform, you will build lasting partnerships and foster client advocacy. This is a hybrid role at Clutch headquarters in DC. In addition, we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time and in the future for this role.
