At Gallagher, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure our clients receive the best possible service. You’ll work with a team that values collaboration, innovation, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a group of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Take the lead in the renewal process, working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage, helping clients navigate their risks and achieve their goals.
  • By fostering trust and delivering exceptional service, you’ll play a key role in client retention and satisfaction.
