About The Position

The Account Manager, Circular Takeback Solutions is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts while delivering a high level of service, responsiveness, and attention to detail. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved quickly, and opportunities for account growth are identified and executed. The Account manager works cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and a consistently positive client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with CRM systems and account tracking tools (Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite preferred)
  • Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and proactive service
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with a high level of attention to details and organization
  • Ability to maintain exceptional service standards
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, operations, finance and support teams to ensure account success
  • Strong interpersonal skills
