About The Position

At Cooperative Systems, client relationships are our top priority. We are looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing excellent customer service.

Ability to manage time and multiple tasks/priorities.
1-3 years in Customer Service, Business Development, or other relevant or related field preferably within the IT Industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer service feedback.
Excellent computer skills that include a working knowledge of relevant Microsoft products.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree Preferred in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain existing client account relationships and overall customer satisfaction.
Generate proposals and quotations for solutions and services within Cooperative Systems’ approved technology standards.
Follow up as appropriate.
Prepare for & carry out Strategic Business Review meetings with existing clients on a quarterly basis.
Ensure effective and speedy resolution of support incidents.
Performs customer analysis to identify products or solutions to benefit the customer’s business, as well as ensure target gross margins are being delivered.
Triage of emergency/escalated customer inquiries when necessary.
Work with Customer Service Coordinator & Service Delivery Teams as necessary to provide coordination and communication between Client and Cooperative Systems
Provide ideas/insights as to new processes & procedures that could benefit the company or customer.

Meet (at a minimum) company Service Level Agreements.
