Requirements

  • Oversee all aspects of custodial and facility support operations across assigned schools or campus locations
  • Ensure consistent delivery of services in accordance with contracts, scope of work, and ABM standards
  • Develop and execute operational plans to meet service, quality, and efficiency goals
  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for district leadership, administrators, and key stakeholders
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Lead regular business reviews and provide performance updates, reporting, and insights
  • Proactively address concerns, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for expanded services
  • Manage account budget, including labor, supplies, and equipment costs
  • Ensure financial targets are met or exceeded (revenue, margin, cost control)
  • Analyze financial reports and adjust operations to improve profitability
  • Support forecasting, billing accuracy, and contract compliance
  • Lead, develop, and support Supervisors and frontline teams across the account
  • Drive recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Conduct performance management, coaching, and succession planning
  • Foster an inclusive, safety-focused, and high-performance culture
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs and inspection processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and ABM policies
  • Enforce proper use of equipment, chemicals, and PPE
  • Maintain adherence to school district policies and regulatory requirements
  • Identify operational efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Partner with leadership on innovation, sustainability, and service enhancements
  • Support contract renewals, scope
