Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in account management, strategic sales, or customer success — with a real track record of expansion, not just renewal
  • Experience working with HR, Finance, or Operations buyers at large organizations — you understand how enterprise decisions get made
  • The ability to build credibility quickly at multiple levels, from daily users to senior stakeholders
  • A consultative approach — you ask good questions, listen well, and bring ideas, not just check-ins
  • CRM discipline (we use HubSpot) and the organizational habits to manage a book without things falling through the cracks

Responsibilities

  • A portfolio of active accounts, with full ownership of retention, growth, and satisfaction
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities across new teams, departments, and use cases
  • Multi-threaded relationships — you're never relying on a single point of contact
  • Structured business reviews and ROI conversations that connect Giftogram's value to what customers are actually trying to accomplish
  • Accurate pipeline forecasting and account planning in HubSpot
  • A voice for your customers internally — their wins are your wins
