The Account Manager, School Partnerships position is a full-time position that will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Loan Program Management. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong and positive relationships with our partner schools. The role is focused on the highest level of customer service with an additional focus on business development and growing accounts through upselling, program development, and cross-selling opportunities.
