As a Direct Mail Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will help support prominent Regional and National brands with their Direct Mail initiatives. This position is focused on Project Management, helping to ensure that our clients’ campaigns are executed properly, on-time and efficiently. Campaigns will be followed up with data and analytics to help inform strategies for the future.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communicator (both verbal and written).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Capacity to manage several projects at one time.
  • Project Management Skillset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Professional, Organized with attention to detail
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the applicable location.

Nice To Haves

  • Advertising/Direct Mail sales or buying experience is preferred.
  • Direct Mail Experience preferred
  • Advertising Sales Experience
  • Ability to work through data, build strategies, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Support prominent Regional and National brands with their Direct Mail initiatives.
  • Focus on Project Management, ensuring clients’ campaigns are executed properly, on-time and efficiently.
  • Follow up campaigns with data and analytics to help inform strategies for the future.
  • Maintain regular contact with Sales Associates and Clients.
  • Build trustworthy relationships with existing customers.
