Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in route service, vending, delivery, retail, customer service, or account management preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using mobile apps, handheld devices, or route software

- Reliable transportation to and from work
Responsibilities
- Service vending machines and refreshment equipment at customer locations
- Restock products and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensure machines and micro market areas remain clean, organized, and fully operational
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Troubleshoot minor equipment or operational issues onsite
- Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged items
- Track inventory usage, sales activity, and route performance using company systems
- Coordinate with operations staff regarding installations, relocations, and equipment updates
- Educate customers on machine usage and basic troubleshooting
- Identify opportunities to improve account performance and increase sales
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and route organization
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
