The Account Manager, Renewals Sales will be responsible for driving renewals of existing accounts while working with Enterprise Account Managers and the Customer Value team. This role involves maintaining a current book of business and driving growth through sales renewals. The Account Manager will manage a territory of accounts, guiding customers and channel partners through the renewals process. They will collaborate with regional partners on deal review, renewals, and account/territory planning. Additionally, the role requires managing bottlenecks in the renewals process, recommending solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers and partners. The Account Manager will also manage ongoing messaging, provide status updates for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and handle planning and opportunity management with the Commercial renewals team. Building reports and dashboards in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying opportunities for process optimization are also key responsibilities. Maintaining an accurate renewals forecast with a focus on timeline is crucial.
