About The Position

The Account Manager Relief, Combo promotes the business and development of Coca-Cola and allied products. The role provides coverage and serves customers when the primary sales manager is unavailable due to scheduling conflicts, such as vacation, extended meetings, or serving other customers. The position builds relationships with customer decision makers, manages product orders and availability, maintains beverage sections and displays, and supports sales growth through promotions and additional offerings.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a driver's license, technology experience, the ability to work with little or no supervision, and the ability to work weekends and holidays and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check and drug screening; certain roles may also require a motor vehicle record review.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Technology experience with Microsoft Office, iPhone and iPad devices, data entry, and typing.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with decision makers at consumer locations and build rapport and trust.
• Place orders for products to be delivered and maintain sufficient inventory for consumers to purchase.
• Manage beverage sections, displays, coolers, and points of availability; ensure Coca-Cola products are stocked, maintained, and rotated to high standards.
• Collaborate with product stockers and delivery drivers to ensure products and displays are prepared and built according to company standards and store management requirements.
• Offer additional displays, new products, and promotional items throughout stores to increase sales volume and revenue and grow accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
