About The Position

The Account Manager Lead represents Swire Coca-Cola USA as a professional salesperson to assigned existing and prospective accounts. The role promotes growth and development of Coca-Cola and allied products, executes promotional activities, and ensures accounts are merchandised according to Swire standards. The Account Manager Lead also mentors and provides backup support to others in the sales organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, beverage, or consumer goods required.
• Ability to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone and iPad devices.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with and build rapport with decision-makers at each customer location.
• Place product orders for delivery while maintaining sufficient inventory for consumer purchases.
• Manage and fill customer beverage sections, build displays, and stock and maintain coolers and other points of availability according to company standards, including product rotation.
• Mentor and provide backup for others in the sales organization.
• Rotate products using a first-in, first-out stocking system, removing and organizing products on shelves.
• Sell additional displays, new products, and other promotional items in assigned stores to increase sales volume and revenue.
• Maintain back-room stock areas in safely accessible stacks within assigned storage areas.
• Write up credits and confirm they are ready for pickup by the bulk driver.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
