About The Position

The Latin American team is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager, Professional Audio to identify, develop, and support new business opportunities for our specialized audio solutions in the residential and light commercial markets. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of audio technology and a proven track record of success in sales and business development within the region and Mexico in particular.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years' experience selling consumer electronics thru distributors and dealers in Latin America and Mexico in particular
  • Good understanding of professional audio sales channels, including distributors, dealers, and systems integrators
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to change
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and light commercial audio markets.
  • Provide expert technical and sales assistance to dealers, particularly for large-scale projects.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors and custom installation dealers.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical training sessions to distributors and dealers, covering product innovations, audio principles, and advanced audio solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns highlighting the company's technical capabilities and unique value proposition.
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry gatherings to enhance brand recognition and generate prospective leads.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of partner businesses to provide market insights and contribute to precise sales forecasting.
