Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B account management, proposal development, renewals, deal negotiation, or a related field required.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in customer success, account management, client relationship management or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develops strategic customer relationships that deliver revenue growth, gross profit expansion, and retention outcomes.
- Sets account plans that translate customer needs into prioritized growth initiatives and engagement roadmaps.
- Delivers targeted programs and solutions that expand adoption, deepen customer value, and reduce churn risk.
- Identifies and advances new business opportunities by shaping proposals and moving deals toward closure.
- Provides proactive customer communications and follow-through that sustain alignment, confidence, and continuity of service.
- Resolves complex but familiar customer issues by coordinating stakeholders, driving decisions, and confirming closure.
