Currently, Moody has a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office (Monday and Wednesday required) and two days remote. This may be available at the managers discretion once trained in role. We are seeking for an Account Manager to provide outstanding customer service and support to our Personal Lines accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years Personal Lines insurance experience to include managing and retaining $3 million or more in premium volume.
  • Licensed in Colorado Property and Casualty
  • Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Agency Management System Software (AMS360 or similar).
  • Strong consulting, customer service and relationship building skills with internal and external customers.
  • Solid organizational and detailed skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within strict time constraints.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience handling mid-market and some High-Net-Worth clients is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and carrier partners as you manage and oversee the personal lines business renewals and new business processes.
  • Provide outstanding service and support to assigned accounts.
  • Assist the producers with their day-to-day request on accounts.
  • Analyze, compile, and submit renewal and new business information to carriers that are best aligned with the customer.
  • Build and retain an expanding book of business.
