About The Position

AAA Club Alliance and the Energy Insurance team is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager. This role involves coordinating expirations with agents to gather renewal and/or new business information, maintaining an expiration control log, and providing in-house customer service to assigned clients. The position also assists in marketing new and renewal business, verifies the accuracy of new and renewal policies, and performs special projects as requested by management. This is an in-office position requiring candidates to reside within a commutable distance from the Lexington, KY office.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Personal Lines Insurance working within a service capacity
• Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Lexington, KY office.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Must possess an active Property and Casualty license

Responsibilities

• Coordinate expirations with agent to obtain renewal and/or new business information.
• Maintain expiration control log.
• Provide in-house customer service to clients as assigned
• Assist in marketing new and renewal business.
• Check new and renewal policies for accuracy.
• Perform special projects at management’s request.
