About The Position

The Account Manager – OES Aftermarket serves as the primary link between customer service, engineering, product, and operations teams, managing pricing, service concepts, lifecycle changes, and quality requirements for OES customers. This role ensures seamless Aftermarket support by driving customer satisfaction, operational alignment, and accurate financial reporting across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years automotive aftermarket experience (preferably OES)
  • Knowledge of GDPEP process
  • Change management and lifecycle management expertise
  • Experience with PPAPs, pricing, certifications, quality documentation
  • Proficient in SAP, CRM, reporting tools
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • English fluency; other languages beneficial
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Key contact to customer service organization for all Aftermarket related topics
  • Manage pricing, offers, and service agreements for OES customers, coordinating with OEM sales, product and project management teams.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Line to define service concepts and support GDPEP milestones
  • Ensure service parts availability and manage EOL transitions
  • Align Aftermarket packaging concepts with customer expectations
  • Support OES PPAPs, certifications, and compliance
  • Provide accurate pricing, volume, and margin data
