Requirements

  • 4 yr. degree with 10+ years of relative experience in Aerospace preferred
  • 2 yr. degree with 15+ years of relevant experience would be acceptable
  • Commercial Aerospace and/or Aftermarket experience is preferred
  • Technical understanding of customer product line is preferred
  • Background and experience working with key Original Equipment and Aftermarket customers of Aerospace is preferred
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Responsibilities

  • Focal for the Integrated Product Team for all Aftermarket topics including but not limited to Original Equipment and Aftermarket customer support. Liaison to other Aftermarket portions of the business collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Responsible for ensuring the program’s overall in-service success as measured in all terms and requirements of the associated Product Support Agreement, reliability, the business success as measured by senior management, and the measure of customer satisfaction
  • Develop materials as well as participate and support the Commercial Integrated Product Team meetings which would include but not limited to Customer Satisfaction reviews, Obsolescence Reviews, Development Program reviews, Quality reviews / Corrective Action Boards, Operations and Demand reviews, as well as Sales Inventory Operations Planning reviews
  • Conduct Aftermarket Review Board meetings at pre-defined times based on the progression in the overall timeline of a given program and manage actions to support EIS including but not limited to Recommended Spare Parts List development, spares and Maintenance Repair Operations parts planning, capital requests, tooling and equipment readiness, Maintenance Manual releases, exchange pool readiness, and budget management
  • Provide guidance and ensure strategic alignment for the development of Mods & Upgrades to provide enhanced incremental value for the customer
  • Influence and negotiate contractual elements as appropriate with customers to achieve and/or exceed enterprise commitments while improving customer satisfaction
  • Primary interface with aftermarket customers responsible for championing customer first culture that inspires and builds trust with the customer
  • Effectively utilize customer defined problem-solving tools to drive change and innovation
