About The Position

Kaseya is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of MME accounts focusing on supporting customers that have strong growth potential. In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding and maximizing value within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth through proactive account management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience within an account management or relationship focused sales role
  • Experience in B2B sales managing Mid-market clients

  • Experience working with VARS or Channel partners to support growth
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong commercial mindset with a passion for account growth and expansion
  • Highly motivated, coachable and resilient in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Kaseya’s product suite to unlock new revenue.
  • Reignite and build strong relationships with existing customers—especially those with low engagement, connecting with key decision-makers and aligning solutions to their evolving needs.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular outreach, check-ins, and business reviews to uncover opportunities and drive expansion.
  • Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, addressing gaps and driving increased engagement to support long-term growth and retention.
  • Own and consistently exceed revenue targets by driving expansion within your account base, contributing to both immediate wins and long-term account growth.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize account potential.
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage your pipeline, track account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.
