About The Position

We are looking for a driven, energetic go-getter who’s not afraid to pick up the phone, spark new connections, and grow a book of business from the ground up. At ProSource Wholesale, we’re all about helping our trade pro members win. This role is based at our Tucson showroom, where you will build strong, lasting relationships with current Trade Pro members and their clients, prospect and cold call to grow your territory, get to know your customers’ businesses, goals, and projects so you can offer real solutions, deliver an awesome, high-touch customer experience every time, stay sharp on products, trends, and industry insights, keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date in our CRM, collaborate with an awesome showroom team, and bring the energy, stay motivated, and hit (or beat!) your goals.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and written)
A positive, can-do attitude
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
A natural relationship-builder with great people skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in flooring or design sales is a plus—but not required.
