About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. The Inside Sales Account Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech savvy and have advanced working knowledge of key prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Proficient in CRM software (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relationship builder, creative dealmaker, and a part of our growth trajectory.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
  • Understanding of the industry and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline focusing on consumables and selected systems opportunities. Use effective questioning techniques to understand customer requirements.
  • Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with prospects for consumables and selected system opportunities. Follow up with potential customers to address any concerns and finalize agreements.
  • Maintain and update CRM software (SFDC) with accurate customer information and sales activities. Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the field sales, marketing, and technical support teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Generate sales reports and present them to the management team. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
