About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Account Manager to join our team, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises within the Industrial, Consumer Goods, and Retail sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts, driving incremental sales growth, and maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT). The ideal candidate has a proven ability to engage effectively with all levels of IT management and a strong understanding of IT technologies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Account Management in the US
  • Experience with GSIs as an Account Manager, CP is preferred
  • Significant understanding and articulation capability of IT Technologies/Services from infra to apps to AI
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Solid track record of success, supported by strong references

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Manufacturing/Consumer Goods/Retail sectors
  • Handled US $10M+ annual revenue accounts
  • Experience in working in the mid-to-large enterprises
